Corporate Dining Concepts expands operation in Southern U.S.

Corporate Dining Concepts has recently opened three new foodservice accounts in northern Alabama and five in eastern Mississippi.

In announcing the expansion, Robert Shelby, president of Corporate Dining Concepts, said that “all business added in Alabama comes from high-tech companies, regional or world headquarters.”

The five new Mississippi accounts, primarily in the manufacturing sector, have contracted for vending services.

Shelby noted that his company is “excited that the growth is so vigorous in the two key regions of the company. Our services are truly being accepted in both states.”

In addition to those two southern states, Ohio and Michigan are areas in which the privately held employee foodservice management provider based in Rochester Hills, MI, has accounts.

New staff member added

Corporate Dining Concepts also announces the addition of Tracy Brooks as Regional Manager for Michigan.

Brooks is a graduate of the University of Michigan with majors in business administration, biology and chemistry.

He joins the company with prior multi-unit experience from TGIFridays and Applebee’s restaurants. Brooks will be primarily responsible for the corporate foodservice locations in Michigan and Ohio.
